Choose Your Flow
Five class styles. Each with a clear focus.

Signature
A balanced, full body reformer class. You’ll move through lower body, upper body, core and glutes in a smooth, structured flow. Great if you want a well rounded workout. Suitable for all levels.

Strength
A slower, strength focused reformer class. We use heavier resistance, controlled tempo and longer sets to build strength and stability. Expect to feel challenged and worked. Moderate to higher intensity.

Sweat
A high energy reformer class with a cardio focus. Expect faster paced blocks, dynamic movement and a strong burn, all while staying controlled on the reformer. Great when you want to lift the intensity. Higher intensity.

Stretch
A slower class focused on mobility, flexibility and recovery. You’ll move through guided stretches, longer holds and breath work to release tension. Perfect to reset your body. All levels.

Foundations
A beginner friendly class focused on technique and confidence. We keep things simple, with clear guidance and supported progressions. Ideal if you’re new or returning after a break. Beginner friendly.
